Commit to get Fit & Lean January 2016 - 2024

Hi,

Today was a walk outside & upper body at the gym.

Older DS's gf is moving to FL for a job promotion which she couldn't pass up. We will be watching her & ds's dog for almost 6 months while she gets settled. DS will be joining her in 6 months and bringing the dog with him. She left today it was really hard for her to say goodbye but she's happy we will be taking care of her.

Belinda - CL Rock your Body sounds like a good workout:) I do get the feeling I will have most of the stuff for awhile. My suggestion was to box some of his stuff and put in the moving van with gf's but it didn't happen.

Cookie - Great job with your walk & essentrics:) I guess it is very common for kids to leave their items behind;)

Today was a walk outside & Cathe Lean Legs & abs. It is different having a foster dog? around. DH handles most of it but he does enjoy it.

Belinda - I hope all is well.

Cookie - If you left have a great time. I was wondering if you will need a specific sneaker. I noticed when we were in Italy lots of people on our tour used Hoka sneakers for walking.

sorry I haven’t checked in yesterday. I did 2 hours of zoom dance. Than I started my spring cleaning.

Debbie - great job on your workouts. I love my Hoka sneakers for walking. They do take time to get used to them.

Sorry I forgot to hit post last night. Yoga today, visited my friend in her rehab setting, and got a haircut, plus work. Tomorrow and Friday have to travel for work, so probably won't get in a workout. DH tells me not to worry, since we're supposed to be tapering. Then Saturday, we leave!

Deb, you and dyour dh are so generous to foster the dog. I'm sure they appreciate it. Hope it won't be too hard to let the dog go when your ds moves.

Belinda, 2 hours of dancing and then cleaning! You have a lot of energy. I have a pair of Hokas but seldom wear them, and actually prefer the Topo brand. I have multiples of them, and use trail runners since the terrain will vary over the Camino.
 
Hi,

Today was a walk outside & zoom yoga. Since it was cooler we took the dog on the long walk. We think we will need to take it day by day as to how long a walk to bring the dog on. She is 11 years old.

Belinda - Great job with your 2 hours of dance & CL TB fit. It must feel good to get your Spring Cleaning done.

Cookie - Your DH is probably right to take it easy before your trip. Did you take a day off after the trip before you go back to work? Safe travels.
