1. I went to a nutritionist a month ago and since I'm in my 20s, she wants me to get more calcium. Since I dislike yogurt and ice cream doesn't count
, I turned to milk. I like choc milk, but was wondering if this is too high in calories?
I have Nesquick, which I know if meant for kids, but it's yummy and has added calcium and vitamins. Is choc milk ok or should I make myself just have plain milk?
2. I've read that milk drinkers actually lose weight or are thinner. I forget why, but I think it had to do with it being a filling "snack." Any info on this?
Thanks
