TGIF CHEETAHS!
Posh: I really think my favorite pic from Maui was of your very stylish looking feet! Glad you had a nice time. I am feeling better, but missing my workouts.
Wendi: I am sorry for the loss you suffered recently.
Take care.
Cathy: I was dreading Advanced Studies yesterday because it took so dang long to prepare for and at the end of the day I just want to rest. Honestly, I pepped up when I started teaching because they were so engaged in the lesson. It is only an hour and it went by really fast. Stay in the cave! My coteacher will no longer touch any doors, etc without a paper towel since so many of us at school are getting sick. Your pics are too funny! I am sorry you didn't get more answers at the doc.
Wendy: How was your run? DH must be excited for his new job! Are you thinking of doing PT full time?
Christine: Sounds like the new toys on the bike will be fun! I coughed a lot less today. The kids even said that it sounds like I am getting better. Enjoy your weekend!
Carole: For me, when I had poison ivy it seemed that my working out made it spread with all the sweating. I used calamine lotion. I would get it on my arms and have to waitress in short sleeves! Yikes! Poor customers were probably fearful of eating their food. It is wierd how our body changes on us out of nowhere. That would be really sweet of you if you PMd me the recipe. I would really appreciate it. The recipe sounded so good. I may have to go and pick up the rest that they have, as I am sure this is the last time I will ever find them.
Shelly: I am honestly not feeling bad for holding off on the workouts, which is unusual for me. Last spring when I had that bad cold it seemed to last forever since I was still working out all the time. I am glad the animals are doing well. I bet they have been busy sniffing everything. You were busy in Philly. I teach social studies so naturally I had to ask about the Liberty Bell.
Hope you had some good sweaty workouts today!
Linda: I am ok with the resting. You are right. I think I will get better faster than the last time I had a cold. Good luck on the 19-20 miler!
Dallas: GREAT RUN!
Jackie: I hope you have a nice time this weekend! I am fine with the rest. Sounds like you got in a nice workout this morning!
Nothing exciting to report. No workout. I will see how I feel this weekend. Hope the weekend is a nice one for the Cheetahs!
