Oh boy,im pooped
. TTOTM started yesterday and i didn't really feel like working out today,but pushed through it. I burned 430cals. I did 4DS weights first kickbox premix...minus core work,just too tired today.
Roxie-Good Luck on your challenge, ive got those dreaded sugar cravings kicking into high gear...so far ive managed to avoid them with a couple of sugar free fudge pops and some chamile honey tea. Saturday i will have something yummy(with my cheat meal).
