I have never checked them out before but was looking at the January one and saw this:
"Wed: Power Hour plus 400 walking lunges, 500 sit ups, and 10 sets of 8 push ups"
I'm sorry, but doesn't that seem like overkill? Boy, if that is just one day out of seven it looks like a recipe for overtraining to me.....
Anyone else think so??
Edited to add: Aren't there atleast 400 walking lunges IN POWER HOUR ALONE???? }(
