YAY! I found Mindy’s Cycle Circuit…. I did not think I had tossed it and and I didn’t. matter of fact, I found most all of my gliding dvds…

I have her Pedal & Pulse where the cycling is separate from the weight circuit.

I never had that one…or at least I don’t think I did….

Loving the reminder about Mindy! I have a Tabata with Toys DVD, which I really enjoy. Anyone know if she still sells DVDs? I see on her website it is all digital now.
