I never had that one…or at least I don’t think I did….I have her Pedal & Pulse where the cycling is separate from the weight circuit.

If you don't do spin on a regular basis, the shorter transitions take pressure off your hands/wrists and shoulders making the spinning more enjoyable (as opposed to a long time on the bike when you don't spin regularly). Another option suggested above is use other equipment like a treadmill, rebounder, elliptical, rower, etc. I just saw Michelle Briehler has a SIT workout using various equipment (recommended by 2Lazy4theGym). Hmmm ...lots of ways to change this up.I agree, I can’t stand more than about 10-15 min. At a time on the bike, one thing is I just
