YAY! I found Mindy’s Cycle Circuit…. I did not think I had tossed it and and I didn’t. matter of fact, I found most all of my gliding dvds…:)
 
We purchased this during the download sales. Really enjoyed it and would like to see more. If shoes are an issue, maybe a 50/50 split for a LB or TB. Or just forewarn in the announcement to not use your clip-in shoes (not sure if some bikes don't give the option but mine does).
 
Another good option if you don’t like making lots of transitions.
Personally, I love the transitions on workouts like this. I do a lot of workouts with the
short cardio/weights segments/back & forth, with rower & treadmill too. Please
another cycle circuit, upper body & standing core segments interspersed with the
cycling.

If you don't do spin on a regular basis, the shorter transitions take pressure off your hands/wrists and shoulders making the spinning more enjoyable (as opposed to a long time on the bike when you don't spin regularly). So I liked it this way.
 
I agree, I can’t stand more than about 10-15 min. At a time on the bike, one thing is I just
get plain bored!! :)
Another option suggested above is use other equipment like a treadmill, rebounder, elliptical, rower, etc. I just saw Michelle Briehler has a SIT workout using various equipment (recommended by 2Lazy4theGym). Hmmm ...lots of ways to change this up.
