Hello and good morning to you all,
Busy Bee this morning! Just finished my dishes, vacuuming 1st and 2nd floor. Now time for the baths. Today is major clean up before the weekend. I plan on working on the 3rd floor for most of it.
Today’s workout:
Something fun! No weights for me today! My whole upper body is sore from my workouts and also raking the yard into the late hours yesterday. I kept going and didn’t even notice that I was actually working in the pitch black! I guess my night vision had kicked in.
Sherry: Thank you for starting us off today. Great job on PUB! I agree with everyone about getting pace weights or pace mates. I am using these and they work great for increasing your weights in smaller increments. The last time I did PUB I used 10,12 and #’s but like you I am ready to move up now.
Hello Stephanie and Amelia: Enjoy your workouts!
GO STEPHAINE GO! I will be there on the side lines routing for you. Don’t go out too fast. Pace yourself the first couple miles and then give it your all at the end. You can do it! Place a marker on the person ahead of you…pass that one and move on to the next. On training runs I do this with either mailboxes or telephone poles. It really works to keep you going.
Gayle: No problem….as women we tend to have these moments but distractions are the key. I don’t understand what is with these cravings other than maybe there is some vitamin your body is searching for. Did you ever see that science show that showed a man stuck at see for over 70 and what he ended up eating to survive? If I get the title to it I would highly recommend people watch it. It really gives an insight to the body’s workings and how it tricks the brain in order to survive difficult situations.
Anyway…we are here for you.
Great workout this morning with P90!
Hello Susan: Glad to hear that your DD is back on track and feeling great! Have a fun workout with LowMax. I have done this once and loved it the first time around. It is tough though!
Hi Kathy: Nice job! It will be raining all weekend here.
I hope that you do better with your swimming. Are you going to get some advice from one of the swim coaches? Have a great run on Sunday! Exciting isn’t it to be coming into the end and closer to the marathon date!?
Hey Melissa: Have a great day at work! What are your plans for this evening’s workout?
Hello Michelle! Hi Belinda! (I hope your flight is on time. With all these airline cancellations I hope yours isn’t one of them!)
Have a great day everyone! BBL Heidi
