Hey ladies!
A quick post to let you know I DID run my 22 miles today, woohoo! My time was 4:14:46 - 11:34 pace per mile. I should be able to comfortably finish the marathon in 5 hours or less (I'm just shootin' for the finish line this time around post-injury). ;-)
My DH took the dog up to the path to meet me at the end, he ran with me about an eighth of a mile and now he's pooped! Of course DH had him out there for a walk prior to seeing me and the poor guy is 13 years old too.
I didn't get a chance to get to the pool yesterday. We did errands and then in the afternoon the sky just opened up and it POURED for a few hours. I'm also waiting on some optical goggles (prescription because I'm blind as a bat without my contacts or glasses). Hopefully they'll be here this week so I can SEE where I'm swimming to!
I promise to do personals tomorrow, I'm starting to stiffen up here. Better head to the basement and stretch!
Kathy
