I am currently working on my second week of a 12 week rotation by Fitness Freak.
I have placed all the workouts I have planned in my WM calendar. I will have to check to see if you can see this. I have modified this rotation to sort of fit the schedule for BFL.
My DS has a car on hold. We are just trying to workout the payment part. I was hoping that he could get a loan in his name only. It would be great for him to start earning credit.
Sherry: What is up with your DD? Where is she staying? Is she on a camping trip? Too bad she is upset that her boyfriend can't stay with her....

How old is she????
As for DOMS.... I felt it good last week! I really like this rotation so far. For the step cardio days I have been either doing what was on the rotation or running. If my knees are hurting I run.

Good luck at the voting lines!!! Some are really long waits! But it is all worth it. I will be going later this afternoon with my DD.

LIS (This should be pretty low impact)
Gayle: Don't worry....I can bearly keep up with one check-in most of the time!!!

GS legs is a killer!!! After doing the low ends and going into the lunge holds my legs would be screaming!!!!

ME has some low end reps but thankfully they aren't as long!
