I am done with iTread # 13 plus BFL LB :p Later today I will do some yoga or a nice stretch, I don't want sore legs tomorrow.

How is ordering Cathe's 2009 calendar?

My workout was a sweat fest today, off to the shower! I will be back for personals!

What rotations// workouts are you doing this month? This week I am finishing up my 12 week BFL challenge. Yesterday I started Cathe’s Nov. rotation, since it is my last week of BFL 12 week challenge, I will make Cathe’s first week rotation into a BFL WO!

Heidi** nice job with ME yesterday! How did you sleep last night? Make sure you get some rest today! Did your DS find a car yesterday?

Sherry** nice job with Firm BSS1 Cardio Sculpt yesterday! Glad you ease into your workouts instead of rushing it! I am laughing at your DD and her BF! That is exactly what I would do! LOL!

Kathy** what are your plans for today? I hope you have a fantastic day!

Where is Carolyn, Stephanie and Gayle? We miss you, girls:(

No workout yet. I'll go for a run this evening. I can't believe the DOMS from doing the (wimpy) Firm workout. I'm more out of shape than I thought!

Belinda - Yes, don't forget to stretch! Great job finishing up 12 weeks of a BFL rotation. I'm sure you are happy with the results. Ordering the calendar was easy. We just won't get it right away because they still have to print it.

Heidi - What week are you on of the rotation that you are doing? Maybe I'll be up to that level in a few weeks.

Hi ladies. Sounds like you're both enjoying awesome workouts and the DOMS that follow! YAY! :)

I started Cathe's November rotation yesterday as well, and today was GS Legs. OUCH! lol I forget how straight-forward that workout looks on paper, but DOING the workout is much more difficult! I use a 70# for the BB work and it starts the first sets of the workout strong! YIKES!

I wanted to keep you guys in the loop also. If I don't post much here in the near future, it's nothing personal! :) Some folks are starting a new mini check in for the November rotation and I'm going to post there daily. Plus the Fit for T-Day check in. I just can't keep up with too many check ins or I start to dwindle and get overwhelmed. So if I don't post much here, I'm still around. I hope you understand.

Now.....off to get the kiddos ready for school!

Belinda: Nice job on iTread #13 and your leg workout!
I am currently working on my second week of a 12 week rotation by Fitness Freak.
I have placed all the workouts I have planned in my WM calendar. I will have to check to see if you can see this. I have modified this rotation to sort of fit the schedule for BFL.
My DS has a car on hold. We are just trying to workout the payment part. I was hoping that he could get a loan in his name only. It would be great for him to start earning credit.

Sherry: What is up with your DD? Where is she staying? Is she on a camping trip? Too bad she is upset that her boyfriend can't stay with her....;) How old is she????

As for DOMS.... I felt it good last week! I really like this rotation so far. For the step cardio days I have been either doing what was on the rotation or running. If my knees are hurting I run.

Good luck at the voting lines!!! Some are really long waits! But it is all worth it. I will be going later this afternoon with my DD.

Today's workout planned:
LIS (This should be pretty low impact)

Gayle: Don't worry....I can bearly keep up with one check-in most of the time!!! :)
GS legs is a killer!!! After doing the low ends and going into the lunge holds my legs would be screaming!!!! ;) ME has some low end reps but thankfully they aren't as long!

As soon as I tried to leave for work and open the garage door, the spring broke. DH had just left for work, and I had to tell him to turn around and come back because i couldn't lift the door. We had to round a a few other neighbors just to lift the door so I could get my car out. It's always something.

Heidi - DD is only 10. I should have typed BFF because it's her best friend! We leave tomorrow morning. I'm chaperoning with the 5th grade class. We have a pretty good group in our cabin, so this should be fun.

Off to get up packed. Then I'll be up way to late watching the election results.
