Good morning, I got up early and got my workout done!! Yay!
I did 25 minutes on the recumbent bike followed by KCM's Split Sessions Upper Body, another good little workout!
Tomorrow I'm taking a rest day, Mondays are bad enough and after working all weekend (and working Monday), I'm going to look forward to coming home from work and doing nothing!
That workout has a nice little quote..."Don't quit because it's hard, keep going because it's hard".
Today was weigh-in, down a bit but basically no real scale progress since I started tracking things about 3 weeks ago
Maybe it's my age?? (And I could really do without these irregular cycles....grrr!)
