OK, here's my step by step review. Just finished watching, one word to describe this workout:
AWESOME!!!
It is what I consider express, about 38-39ish or so. I think I missed the first few minutes so my times are an estimate. 4 Rounds of cycle & weights. Each cycle segment is something different as far as the cycling moves on bike.
1st round- warmup on cycle & increase speed/resistance, etc. approx. 6-7ish minutes.
Off bike-weight segment- Curls/Laterals, Uprites & Front Lifts, Cross Body Lifts--about 3ish minutes.
2nd round- Cycle- about 5-6 minutes.
Off bike weight segment- Deadrow/shrugs, Sweepers, combine rows/shrugs/sweepers
Sgl. arm Push Press- segment approx. 4 min or so
3rd round- Cycle- about 5 or so minutes.
Off bike weight segment- Laterals, Scarecrows combo (bilateral & unilateral) and weighted shoulder circles (this segment she used slightly lighter weights) approx 3 or so minutes.
4 round-Cycle- about 5 1/2 min. or so
Off bike weights: Rear Delt Flys, OH Tricep exts. and the Tricep Pressback/Kickback combo (which I love) and into the Tricep Pressback flipping palms (which I also love) about 4 min or so.
Standing floor stretch, 1st for upper body and then move back to bike to use as prop for lower body stretches. approx 3 or 4 min. She also does some upper body stretches at the end of the weight segments b4 getting back on bike.
On a scale from 1 to 10, (10 being the best) this workout is a 15!!!
I'll be purchasing this one!
