I, personally, would absolutely consider the drills of 4DS Bootcamp to be HIIT. My heart rate hits it's absolute MAX during the 6th drill and there's no way I could go longer than the length that the workout is. It's incredibly intense.

I just did that one this morning. Wanted to lie down and take a nap afterward, I was so spent.
That's the best description of Bootcamp! I thought it was but wanted to make sure. Did the blast only premixes from the IMAX 2 & 3 this week for the first time. That was a fun challenge!
