I woke up with a monster headache, thankfully rx migraine meds helped reduce it. I've had headaches for last few days, thinking maybe it's part allergies starting (trees are budding here), and part that jaw pain. I rubbed some rx cream (has flexeril, ibuprofen and couple other rx ingreadients) in my jaw, then noticed side neck was sore and back by skull. Hope this rx cream helps, I've had it for awhile, loved it at first (while going to PT), but then didn't feel it help. Anyways, I did do a 45 min reformer w/o. I'm loving that more and more. I feel worked (but not over worked), stretched and relaxed. They did a variation of mermaid, basically you just sit on a box and lean over....I couldn't do to my left, but my right was good. Now I'm thinking maybe my back pain to hip on right side might be because I'm over compensating on my stronger right side....so this mermaid will be good to do more on left to build up. So, stretch the ride, build up the left. I did take dogs for short stroll yesterday (1.25 miles) and DH and I will take them today too.
Ronne, glad you are feeling better! IF glands are still swollen, they still are fighting for you, so take it easy!
Roxie, I like the shorter w/o's too, I also love this reformer work. I never would have guessed I would like it as much as I do. Sure there are things I can't do, but I'm really feeling my rhomboids work and feel my posture gettign better. And some of the moves lets me know that my core can always use some work!
