Did KCM Split Sessions UB w/o, then did 30 min of horizontal jumping and then stretching. I really feel my obliques and my lower back area, I think it's from the mermaids on the reformer box (they did a lot, I should have stopped but didn't
, it's getting better though. Heard from work, they were planning on start date of 4/21, so not sure why my contracting company gave me 4/9, gads. What a mess! I'm loving my reformer so much I'm wanting to upgrade ( I bought lowest, budget model to see if I would like it, thought I'd only use it for jumping and stretching but now I'm using it for true pilates workouts.)
Mary, congrats to DS!!!! awesome, did he have to have community service too? For my kids they needed that to get in, but back in 'the day' you just needed the grades. The shoes are very comfy, but I can see in hot weather your feet getting sweaty. You don't wear socks with them, but they are machine washable.

Murphy, glad to hear you are doing well, hope the weight stays off, but if it doesn't you can always lose it, we women can do ANYTHING!
