Whew Its sure has been a very hectic day for me and it won't be over until I pick up my dd from her job tonight.
Thank goodness she's not scheduled to close tonight so I hope to be home by 10pm.
I did a CCv 1 & 2 mish mosh for 50 min this morning. Glad I did it when I did or I would not have been able to workout at all.
I also still feel Doms on my lats and lower body from Lauren's 40 m kbell dvd that I did yesterday. I have a friend in another checkin who also started kbells too and did Lauren's dvd today but she doesn't feel its working her UB as well. Makes me wonder if I'm doing something wrong?
I'm guessing I'll keep looking at those tutorials. Tomorow I plan on doing The KBell Way.
I just brought home some pizza as I didn't even have time or was at home to make anything for dinner.

Coach Sean is truly an inspiration and although I have iTreads I use CC more just because of his 'talks'.
He really helped me during the time my depression was at its worst and when I feel that cloud coming a CC helps immensely.
Mary wanna come and help clean out my garage? LOL I so need to get more serious about getting rid of stuff here as we still have plans to put our house up for sale in under 2 yrs . Just waiting on ds the finish HS now.
We really need to buy a house closer to dh work as his commute totals 3 hours daily
Ronne I'm feeling better but I've decided to continue taking that herbal Airborne stuff to help my immune system.
DH was sick the other day but started taking that Airborne and he seems to be doing better so much so that he's not showing any cold symptoms anymore - Thank Goodness!
