Still chugging along over here. I made myself a yummy salad last night with sliced avocado on top.
I wanted to cook up some strips of tofu, but I was having a hard time finding any recipes to simply flavor the tofu. Can you just cut it up and cook it with some soy sauce or something to flavor it??? I'm so clueless as to what to do with it. I do have a book coming on tofu, but I'm afraid the stuff I bought isn't going to survive that long. 
Tonight DH will be home, so we are having corn chowder and "Crunchy Veggie Wraps". I need to remember to pick up a cucumber at lunch or else they will be "Non-crunchy Veggie Wraps". I'll let you guys know how that all turns out.
