    Hi ladies, Today was 3 1/2 hours at the pool on a very hot humid day. So I went into the pool 3 different times and did nothing but pool exercises for a grand total of 64 minutes plus 2.5 hours of lying in the sun! So I am beat, the sun was brutal today. Nice workouts ladies!! Good job...

    Linda, no if I was going to the pool today I would have already been there and my workout would have been a pool one. And Chele, my cutoff temperature in the house is 80°F , over 80 I go to the gym for my cardio. Though today did seem extra hot for it being only 78°.

    Hi ladies, can't believe I am 1st. Wasn't feeling the gym today so I stayed home and did a new Fitness Kombat Mix 55. I did the 42 minutes of cardio only. They dubbed it, but honestly it was hard to hear the guy doing the dubbing(voice over). It was good and sweaty. Have a great day!!
