    I just got my parents the Basic step/Body Fusion DVD and under the fitness tips section Cathe says "A crosstrainer that states it can be used with step workouts." I use NewBalance as well and haven't had any problems. ~Reece Out~

    Great choice! You'll feel so strong after a few weeks with those! They will also really prep you for the GymStyles }( Have fun and remeber to reduce your cardio with these b/c you want the maximum benefits when your building muscle. Then do a few weeks of tough cardio and you'll lean out...

    Does anyone actually clap?

    I clap b/c it helps me read the rhythm. I never feel like a dork. I could care less if someone came in while I was working out. Ppl come by all the time and the door is right by the living room. I keep going and just say "Come in and try to dodge the kicks." ~Reece Out~
