    acceptable forms of chocolate?

    If I know I'll be wanting chocolate (PMS), I'll get a bag of snack size Milky Way light candy bars. They taste fine (they're also a bit smaller than the regular ones, but whatever). I also like snack size bags of M&Ms- basically anything snack sized- just don't eat twice as much!!

    me too! I know what you mean- I always thought I was in good shape, but MIC hi/lo is tough! Usually, I just do the hi/lo and skip the stepping afterwards. I don't think you're out of shape, you're just not used to hi/lo. Sometimes I'll think of how out of breath I'd get on beginner step tapes...
