    What do you think, should a 44 year old woman continue to color her hair blonde?

    I'm 46 years old and I too was always bleaching my hair blonde. I just needed a change, and for me I thought it made be look older and more harsh.     Yes, I have Billys Bootcamp w/o, and I really like them alot. The ab workout is good and different from most ab w/o. And the ultimate and cardio bootcamp are tough when using the billy bands.     Higher leg presses

    Hello again Kathryn, thank you for your help. My knee was hurting alot a few months ago when I believe I was overtraining. I started to wear a brace and lightened my leg w/o it got alot better. And then again recently when I started doing legs with weights and step workouts its hurting again...

    Higher leg presses
