hi all,
this may seem like a stupid question, but just wanted to clarify that it's okay to do Low Impact Step on an 8" step. cathe says at the beginning of the workout, to be sure to NOT do it above 6". i wasn't sure if that was because the video was being directed to the beginner/intermediate exerciser, or if it was for safety reasons, based on the design of the workout and the moves in the workout.
she did mention also, that to get more intesity, (if it wasn't intense enough) to do larger movements with the arms etc... tried that, but still wasn't quite as intense as i would have liked.
whatchya think? i tried doing it on an 8", and it was more challenging...but, i just wanted to be sure to do the workout based on the way cathe designed it...and want to be sure it's safe (esp since i have bad knees!
)
thanks, educated crowd "EW"!
