The slim series is sweet to the knees, and it gets my heart poundiing, nothing like a Cathe tape, but it is good.

I found her through the fitprime boards. I ordered 3 tapes from this one girl, IMAX, power circuit and MIC. This was about 1 year ago, so I guess I am still sorta a newbie :) I thought I was in pretty good shape, not after doing IMAX for the first time. It took about 4 months to start...

I have to agree about fitday.com. I was having trouble losing weight, and then I started journalling a month ago with fiday, and have lost 10 lbs :)

If you are going to get one, I would get the one with Imax 2 on it. I think you have enough for muscle confusion, especially since you are getting the bb series

I think that bootcamp is a solid workout, but it is my least favorite from the series :). The cardio feels even harder than from IMAX 1 and 2 in this too, but again that is just how I feel I really enjoy ME though. It is a really good total body workout that made my husband whine...

I like Imax xtreme It is hard, they all are, but I think it is really fun
