    Good Afternoon, I went for a 2.41 mile walk it 75 outs so I couldn’t resist. We bought a new car Wednesday so it’s been a busy time trying to get it insured and dropping full cover on the other two vehicles. I haven’t finished the last wee of the rotation Kelly gave me I am behind 3 workouts.

    Good Evening, Day 4 Raw Butts & Guts. These exercises are Tabata style 30 seconds on 1 minute off for 8 cycles, she changes the exercises up some each cycle. Debbie-thank you it’s really tough to stick with them but after this week only 2 more to go.
