    I agree that these workouts are of a much lower intensity than Cathe's typical cardio workouts even though I too wanted these workouts to work and I put everything into it.     RE: Anyone a I did try with a friend , the Cardio with Stephanie and the Aerobic Body Shaping with Allie. It was very easy and I don't recommend buying the series. The Transformer is Sturdy and you may get some use out of it but it is too short for bench work...at least it was for me.

    question about one part per day

    If you are going very heavy, your muscles feel fatigued or your heart rate has gone way up take a break of about a minute between sets. Other wise a 10s break between sets is good enough.

    Which is best workout to work each muscle to the max?

    For lower body, my vote is for S&H. I agree about the squat rack, I use one for leg work because it is difficult for me to repeatedly lift over 70lbs over my head. For upper body, it is Gym Style followed by S&H.
