i have never worked one body part per day, but i am going to do the May rotation anyway! I was wondering, in between sets, am i supposed to rest for just a few secs like we do with the dvds, or am i supposed to take a longer break between sets? TIA
If you are going very heavy, your muscles feel fatigued or your heart rate has gone way up take a break of about a minute between sets. Other wise a 10s break between sets is good enough.
