Good morning again, ladies!

Today's workout:

CoffeyFit Raw- " Kelly's Tabatas Treadmill Workout" - 42 min. (Fun, she runs, I speed walk) It's like 8
tabatas or so, each one a bit different, either increasing speed or incline, one tabata is still on the treadmill,
but straddling the side rails and while holding on to the treadmill, alternating squats and standing pushups.

From what I understand the black bungees are firmer than green ones.
I might be wrong & you can double check me, but if you got the "upgraded, newest" version of Bcan BT4 40 inch and you got 2 prs of little black socks with it, then the black bungees that were all already on the
rebounder frame are the Less firm ones, and the 22 green bungees that came separately are the firmer
ones that you can intersperse around it (taking off black ones, replacing with green ones) to make it even
firmer. I believe you did get the upgraded, new model.....the older version of it was in reverse, I believe the
green bungees were less firm and black more firm. Kinda' confusing, but I have read & read info on them
and that's what I understand. Not that it matters really............whatever suits you. The newest model does
come with the rebounder already flat & all black bungees already on, and you get the phone holder & socks.
The older model didn't have the phone holder or socks included.

okay well good to know. I got confused on that part of it. Yes mine came with a separate set of green bungees and 2 pairs of grip socks. Thanks for the correction.:)

Good Morning Everyone,

Yesterday I did a 38 minute Cathe Live - Burn sets for triceps and biceps. Today I did about 50 minutes of YT KB w/o.

Linda: lots of working out this weekend!
