The Firm- "Cardio Inferno" - 30 min. (I revisited this one from a long time ago, so glad I did, I had forgotten
how fun it is, sculpting and cardio, and a constant modifier as well and it's express- 30 min. I left the dvd out,
I'll be revisiting it again!

Blender- "LMR-LMR2E: Standing Legs & Loops" - 24 min.- Sounds fun!
Was the rebounder hard to get together? No it came preassemble with all black bungees on it. From what I understand the black bungees are firmer than green ones. It's meant to be a firm but soft bounce. The only things needed to be assembled were the legs, and the T-bar, optional phone holder to assembled if desired. I have a non smart flip phone so I didn't assemble it. I am using right now just the black bungees, and they are soft but firm. My son put it together for me and it didn't take too long at all maybe 10-15 minutes. I don't use a bench to step on to rebounder and so far that seems fine. I do love the rebounder and DH too. DH& I each did a 10 Min Beginner workout from jump&jacked and that was soo fun. I think the height to step on to rebounder is 14 inches off the ground, I just put one hand on the T-bar to steady myself then step up on to the rebounder no worries. I hope I remembered to answer all your questions. Here's the info. The Rebounder is a Bcan BT4 40 inch I ordered mine from amazon. Awesome workout today, WTG and double high fives!!
