Good Thursday Morning Ladies,

Today I did most of LMR2 for lower body - everything but the final two segments so about 45 minutes total. Thanks for the idea Nicki! It was challenging.

Linda - pulling out an oldie! such a good idea. I'm always looking for "new" :(
Nicki - WTG with your LMR 2 for LB workout. How do you feel this morning?
Annette - nice long cardio workout!
Nora - yowza on yesterday's workout. you got in lots of cardio. WTG with your stamina.

to the new bonus workout........I haven't done it or downloaded it yet, but it certainly does look challenging.

CoffeyFit Raw- "Standing Waistline/Abs" - 33 min.
IFit- "Antarctica & CapeTown" treadmill walk - 13 min.

Siobhan, good workout LMR2 for lower body! I am sore today after doing this yesterday. It feels good though!

How did you like the Standing Waistline/Abs?
 
For me today, I did LMR Functional Upper Body for 49 minutes and finished up with Total Body Stretching SB#2 for 12 minutes.
Feels so good to work out again. Leg still an issue, but I'm hoping it will work itself out.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a 101 minute gym circuit using 6 machines 1 was new to me. I am sooo sore from Tuesday's workout but I powered through. So breaking it down 2 chest machines, 1 back machine, 3 leg machines( thighs, leg press and calves), then barbell bench press to 85 pounds started with 65 pounds.

Then onto cables for shoulders, chest, upper back, and biceps .

Then onto dumbbells for chest flyes, hammer curls and concentration curls, triceps, lying overhead for back.

Then the elliptical for some cardio, and onto floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with 2 exercises on the stability ball (more variety). Then a nice stretch.

I am already feeling it, I went a bit heavier on flyes ( 17.5 and 20's) otherwise other than a couple of new exercises it was almost the same as Tuesday. I did go a midge heavier on the lat pull down on the cables. And I played around with different hand positions on the 2 chest machines so it wouldn't pinch like it did Tuesday.

So that's it! I am finished!! For today.
