Well I got up and got my workout done! I did KPC (minus that intermediate combo section) plus the abs. I love those abs!

So today was cardio. My knee is still bothering me so instead of doing Imax 2 (which was on tap), I decided to do something not as high impact. I also wore my knee strap and that helped a lot. I chose Tracey's Step Sweatfest, but I didn't realize it was only a 30 minute workout. I got it from Netflix. Very fun and easy to learn workout. I was really sweating good with this one. Tracey is cute in this workout. Then I did the step only premix from Step, Jump & Pump. Did the warmup but did it all with higher impact moves. Had fun, I love this step workout.
I also decided to take the time and do the Ab Work from Step, Jump & Pump. So that's cool! Had a hard time with the plank work. It's been a while since I've done planks. I felt like a wimp.

Man, is it smokin' hot out there today. I ran to Target at lunch and could have stayed in there all day!! I got two really cute tops though so it was worth the steamy ride there...
Jessica - sounds like you need a rest day but you might feel better later. Listen to your body and your cyber-friends, they always have good advice!!

Got my CC bike workout in last night. I was one sweaty mess. I even upped my usual resistance settings...Love a good quad-burn!! Not sure what I'm doing tonight, except getting my hair chopped!!! YES!! Just can't take it anymore. DH keeps asking me why I even bother to grow it. As soon as it starts touching me I want it chopped off. Even my stylist comments on the change in my expression as she's cutting it off...like I'm free!!!
I'll BBL to report my workout. Unless of course my hair comes out so good that I can't possibly mess it up by getting all sweaty and such...![]()
Melissa - thumbs up on the Target finds! I hear you on the hair cut. I always had super long hair and finally chopped it on Friday evening just before going out with friends (this was about 10yrs ago mind you). I kept going shorter and shorter ever since. I had a pixie cut for about 2 yrs even. There is something very freeing about getting your hair cut short!
Melissa - TOTALLY go out after your haircut and show off the new style! That's the best part about a haircut if you ask me! No need to mess it up with a sweat-fest.![]()

PS. I seriously almost went to target at lunch today but had a last-minute meeting, how weird would it have been if I saw you (because, correct me if I'm wrong, don't we work in the same city??)
If you are referring to the Target in Woburn, then yes, we could have potentially run into each other!! That would be so hilarious.
So be advised: if you are ever in that Target at lunch time and a crazy chick starts running toward you yelling your name and she's got a short bob (starting tomorrow..), don't be alarmed...it's just me!!!

Insanity- Max Cardio Conditioning= 50 Min
Calories burned= 751
Legs felt better today but I still modified so as not to over do it.
Insanity- Cardio Abs= 16 Min
Calories burned= 98
This is the ultimate killer ab workout and there are no crunches, amazing! Its tough and its always a battle but I did what I could and feel good about that.
Total calories burned= 849
