Workout Sheets??

Hi Everyone!

I was hoping to get some workout sheets to go a long with all of my Cathe dvd's. I've seen some posts that say there are downloadable workout sheets but I can't find them.

I think this would take me to the next level. Could someone place a link to I could get a copy?

Hi,

Yes there are some Cathe workout sheets by they are not available at cathe.com. They're available at fit fig I think she maybe a cathlete that made up these worksheets for some of cathe's workouts and other fitness people you'll probably recognize the names of find them here Fig's Fitness Tools

Someone else that had all the worksheets on ther blog (updated)? Just can't remember her name or her blog??

I like the files that are on the fitfig site and use them a lot for any wt workout up to and including 4DS. I like the format- wish they were updated with most recent workouts.
