When using AppleTV to stream, does the source device matter (i.e. iPhone, iPad, Computer)?

I have my AppleTV all set up and the test stream worked via wifi.

I'm just wondering - will I get better picture quality depending on the source device I use? (I did the test with my iPhone6 via wifi).

My other options are to stream from my:
- iPad Mini w/ Retina,
- iPad 2,
- iMac,
- MacBook Pro

Hello Roberta,

No, it does not matter what the source is. As long as your wifi has a strong and fast connection, HD video coming from your iPhone will look the same as HD video coming from your computer.
