Warm up, cool down, & stretch

I just have to say that one of my favorite aspects of Cathe's workouts are that they are all (individually) a unique unit. There's NO cookie cutter warm up, stretch, and cool down that are used in every workout in a series. I LOVE that! It's such a refreshing thing to buy a series and have different aspects to ALL parts of the workout including the warm up, cool down, & stretch sections. It truly helps prevent boredom and makes me want to do the workouts even more b/c it keeps my brain involved from beginning to end.

I have to admit though that with STS, I hardly ever did the extended stretch. After lifting for nearly an hour, I was spent and couldn't bring myself to put in another DVD to stretch for an additional 15 minutes.:confused:

So, I just wanted to thank you Cathe - for giving us something new every time we put in a DVD.:) It's one of the MANY reasons I love your workouts. I hope you do the same with Shock Cardio and can't wait to see what you have in store for us.
