I did this one yesterday and thought I had a really good leg workout even if I didn't always use the 15s when most of the exercisers did. The one exercise that really flummoxed me was holding that weight up in one hand while doing a back lunge. Maybe I will just use a 5 lb. next time. I ended up holding the 10 lb. at my shoulder. I like all the new titles--Beastmode, Bliss, Holy Hamstrings. The last one reminded my husband of Robin exclaiming to Batman, "Holy Hamstrings!" I guess that dates us--Hah!
