Total body workout recommendations

I have STS Total Body, Muscle Max, and Total Body Tri-Sets. Can anyone recommend any of their favorite total body workouts. I am looking to hit all the major muscle groups in about an hour. I really prefer the heavy weight type workouts, similar to muscle max... Any suggestions are appreciated!
 
I love muscle max too but I also love high reps. You may also want to try power hour. With it being an older Cathe, there are no bands, just dumbbells and barbells.
 
I love Muscle Endurance, but that one is more on the higher reps/lower weight side of things.

If you're interested in non-Cathe workouts, I really like: 1) Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness: Weights; and 2) Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness: Split Sessions. If you want a total body workout in 60 minutes, just do both workouts on the DVD. :)
 
Body Max 2, Intensity with Boot Camp pre-mix, Drill Max, original Boot Camp, Cardio and Weights are some of my favorites.
