Terminator in Intensity Series Rotation

I just finished my first week of an Intensity Series Rotation which I hope to continue for the next 3-4 weeks. I have all the workouts on VHS. I recently ordered the Terminator DVD and it's due to arrive shortly. I would love to be able to incorporate one of the workouts in Terminator into my rotation.

Does anyone have any ideas for doing this or does Cathe suggest it anywhere?

I found another rotation:

This is from Katerchen

I have done a Terminator Rotation in which I did all three in one week plus an UB tape.

Mon: Gauntlet

Tues: Stretch

Wed.: Viper

Thurs: Yoga

Fri: IMaxExtreme

Sat: CTX UB

I used the same weights for the Terminator workouts like I would in ME/C&W/BC.

After the Terminator workouts, I appreciated the "off" days but by the time the evening came, I was ready for the next Terminator challenge.

I noticed, my quads and hamdstrings were worked very hard, so this rotation definately works the legs a lot without any real heavy leg work.

I lost 1.5 lbs after one week - it's not water weight because I still have the loss. I also do not lose weight easily through exercise alone but it worked for me.

It was challenging and fun and I didn't kill myself.

Edited to add: I am an ectomorph in the ideal weight range.
