streaming subscription cancelled BUT I DID NOT CANCEL

So strange.. I just got an email that my subscription to streaming was cancelled. However, I did not cancel.
Not sure if this is spam. I did contact customer service but in the mean time, has this happened to anyone else?

Yes!! Not to long ago I received noticed from paypal that subscription was cancelled by Cathe.com. I contacted them and they did not cancel and they asked me to forward the email from paypal. They suggested I subscribe again and all has been good. Was a weird fluke I guess.
