Hi Cathe,

I have all of your workouts and welcome the chance to provide suggestions for your new workouts. I personally would love to see:

1) A one hour intense step workout
2) A 30 min upper body split and a 30 min lower body split for time crunched days
3) Cardio Kicks 2
4) Bodymax 2 - gets everything accomplished in 1 hour 40min

I know that many are concerned with high impact. This is not an issue for me at this stage in my life (my joints are fine), however perhaps having some modifiers in the back would enable these exercisers to do your workouts, whilst still retaining the high intensity that the rest of us love.
