Thank you for the exciting news. I had a quick question for you, do you think I will get the same results w/ Butts & Guts if I do the standing work in the morning and the floorwork in the evening? By the time I'm done with the standing work, my legs and glutes are fried and my attempts at the floorwork are then less than 100%. If I wait until later in the day to do the floorwork, I seem to be able to put more into it. I was just wondering what your take was on this....
