Spin Max Request/Question

I just ordered a spin bike.. you're such an enabler.. Anyway, I have never spun before and am very excited. I was hoping that you could include a brief section that explains how to adjust the bike property and the correct form etc. I read a little about the 5 core positions and how to properly do a Jump etc. and it all sorta looked the same. I know you're a great instrucor (which is why I bought a spin bike w/out ever trying before) but i just wanted to requset a little tutorial if possible. Thanks!! Can't wait.

That's something we're already planning on doing and Cycle Max will have a tutorial on how to adjust your bike as well as some basic safety instructions.
