Spin bike

Hi,
I have been spinning for a while now. The gold gym bike seem to be a traditional bike.
It is not a spinning bike.
The stamina 9300 seem to meet the requirements. I have never use the bike you mentioned.
Stamina has a 40 pound flywheel, which is the minimal resistance requirement I was told by most cathletes
years ago when I wanted to purchase mine. I hope other cathletes chime in.
