Shiva Rea

Has anyone done Shiva Rea's new DVD's: Fluid Power and or Creative Core abs? I saw them on amazon and am drooling a little over them right now. Can anyone tell me anything about these two new workouts? Thanks!

I have pre-ordered the Fluid Power and own Creative abs. I haven't made up my mind about the ab workout. It is so different from anything I have ever done. I feel kind of foolish doing some of the moves and I guess I have not found my inner self. It is a good workout and unlike anything out there. I trust and admire Shiva Rea and will continue to do it. Hey, if I can duplicate only half of how good she looks, it is good enough for me.
