I just discovered Premixes! I don't know why I never looked at them before. My favorite at the moment is the 90 minute Step/Hi-Lo workout on SJP/SB. I LOVE it!!

I know that there was a lot of talk about premixes on the new DVDs. I sure hope that Cathe plans to continue to put premixes on her DVDs!
 
Cathe said it is going to be premixes in the workouts where they will be useful.I love the premix(90 minutes)step and hi/low beteween SB and SJP too.
