RKS...

Nothing but rave reviews on VFF, this is the largest thread over there I have ever seen. I think in general, kb dvds are very pricey, so I do think this is a good price for 16 workouts (I think), also they always seem to have a 10% coupon on the homepage which almost negates the shipping charge.

Only reason I am not buying yet is because I am taking a live KB class, so if I want to stick with bells and not take the group class anymore, I'll go ahead and buy this, but I will have to buy at least one more bell, 16kg.

RKS is great. Is is easily my best fitness purchase of 2011. If you read the RKS threads at videofitness.com and the bargain watch section you will see that there are discount codes for the workouts and kettlebells

What size kettlebells would be a good purchase to go along with this set for your "average Cathlete"?

A good beginning bell would be 8kg but believe me you will outgrow that 8kg very soon. I would say get a 8kg and a 12kg KB to begin.
