Ready for May 2013 rotation

I am so ready for the May get ready for summer rotation! I loved the April rotation. It was the first rotation I have ever done and it was so nice to have it all laid out for me. I'm still sore !
 
Other than STS, the April 2013 rotation was the first rotation I have done too. I absolutely loved it! I used to not want the restraint of having to follow a regimen, and wanted to be able to choose my own dvd everyday. However, I have completely ditched that thinking! I have just about all of Cathe's DVDs and the rotations make working out so much more organized and it gives me something to look forward to!!!

I am also ready for May's rotation!
 
I agree 100%

Loved the April rotation also! One of the first I was able to stick with thru the whole month. Hope the May is just as good!
 
Yay! It was just posted :). It looks like a great rotation! . There are 5 weeks in May, and only four weeks on the rotation so I will start next Monday.

This week is:
Monday: MMA Boxing
Tuesday: 4DS Bootcamp Bi's and Tri's
Wed: 4DS Low Int step should/core/calves
Thurs: 4DS High Intense Step Chest/back
Fri: 4DS. Kickbox Leg/core
Sat: HiiT 30/30
