Hi Cathe:

I recently spent 5 nights in the hospital. It's about 2 weeks later and I'd like to get moving again, but slowly. Do you have a Re-boot Rotation for Cathletes who have recently experienced health set-backs?

Thanks for everything you do with such integrity!

Best wishes,
Lynn

After I had a rotator cuff repair, I started with her Low Impact Series. Mostly Travel Fit, because I had to start with bands before weights for my upper body. I was able to do most of the Lower body workout, I just used much lighter weights. I also liked Slide N Glide for cardio because I was the least amount of impact but yet my heart rate still was in a great burning range. I also think that XTRAIN AOLIH floor & disc portion might be pretty good too. It's would be up to you if you feel up to doing the step portion. Hope this help and best of luck.
