Prep workouts for SD RT?

Hi Cathe,

Are there any workouts it would be good to "review" prior to attending your EB San Diego RT?

(Was thinking about it when doing step last night and "tripping" over my 2 left feet at times ! ). Figured it couldn't hurt to ask . . .
