1)Cardio Kicks 2 -- love your kickboxing style!
2)Body Max 2 -- with step, circuits and then 30 min upper body
3)kickbox power circuits
4)IMAX 3
5)a very tough but lo impact floor aerobics
6) a long all step workout with a blast at the end!
7)and don't forget to do a "terminator" type DVD with the new ones!!
