I already have been working out, but I want my thighs to bulk up, can I start with the Hypertrophy in the STS system rather than the Endurance first? Is STS the way to go if I "want" to bulk up? All I ever see is a promise not to bulk you up, but I got a lot of loose skin on my upper thighs that I want to fill out with larger quads. Any sugestions?
